Issue with Default Roles

Hello GRCmates,

Currently working on Default Roles in GRC AC 10.0 BRM.

I maintained the parameters from 2009 to 2013 skipping 2012.

I also maintained the default roles in NWBC.

But When I am creating a New Account, I am able to create the account but the default roles are not getting added.

Please help me with some steps on proceeding further.
