we are experimenting exactly the same issue with FF on an 4.7 ECC system and AC 10.1. since 17. December.
It is a horror, right before Xmas holidays.

What is the Risk ID associated with control MF03_HUALL? Can you please check if all your mitigation controls are defined to unique Risk IDs?
If any of the Mitigation Control has Risk ID as "*" then that could be also reason for this behavior

We have configured GRC 10.0 EAM centralized Fire-fighter. When end user logons into GRC system and execute Tcode GRAC_SPM then user not able to view logon tab in GRC system. Please mention the authorizations and Roles required for Firefighter User in source and target system.

I followed exactly the steps mentioned in pdf document of AC 10.0 Business Role Management from Customer Solution Adoption July 2011.
Steps I followed regarding to BRF+ in IMG are:
1. Generated BRF+ Applications, Approvers and Methodology functions.
In BRF+ tcode, created the decision table with role type and GRAC_CNDGP,
activated the decision table for Methodology and Associated the decision table
to the function of Role Methodology.
2. Assigned Condition groups to BRF+ functions with condition group for Methodology only. Approver ignored.
3. Defined Methodology process and steps and I can see the same while creating Single role in NWBC.
4. Finally Associated Methodology process to Condition group.

Hi Colleen,
I have done all the settings in NWBC ie.
1)Maintained Owners and controllers
2)Assign Owner to Firefighter ID
3)Assign Firefighter ID to firefighter and Controller
I also made a quick check by assigning SAP_ALL to firefighter and it worked for me. It is authorization issue if anybody can specify if any additional authorization objects required for firefighter other than super user role OR for Firefighter ID ?

Thanks Colleen i have performed SU53 and trace on user and added missing authorization objects to super user role.Now Firefighter ID and logon tab are displayed but once i click on logon tab and enter reason code and click enter it gives below error
You have not password,you cannot log on using password.
Please suggest..
I have maintained FFID as Service in ECC system and Firefighter user type as Dialog in GRC system.

Thanks for your reply.
I have created a composite role by combining default 1)SAP_GRAC_ALL role 2)IMG config role to access SPRO components of access controls 3) Added onlySecurity Transactions by customizing NWBC SAP role..
Alternatively , I even tried to customize the NWBC menu to include the MSMP nodes , BRF plus application and backend system access.
MSMP and BRF plus execute without any issues, however while accessing back end transaction like PFCG, I was unable to navigate further for any transaction. It shows me only the initial screen and not accepting any input. I could notice the same error in bottom of the screen.
Please advise if I am missing any setting in SPRO for NWBC.

I have checked FFID and its Service user as mentioned but i reset the password for user and it worked for me.I was able to access FFID but when i execute FF ID then it takes me to new session but at backend it throwing Runtime error as below.
Also for Firefighter user tabs like additional information and message to firefighter is still disabled.

Most probably, What you are trying to ask is:
Is there any inter dependency between ARA and EAM?
As far as Ruleset is concerned there is no inter dependency.
So, you can go ahead with the modifications in ruleset which is not going to affect your firefighter.

Yes, you activate again which is the logical equivalent of "reactivating"
Once it's activated, there is a button on the toolbar that allows you to compare the data in the BC set to the values in the table. That's how you can see that you have reactivated the content. I think it's the a over b button to the left of the activation
