Thanks for your reply. I tested at my end but seem like the reference user need to be created in the GRC box in order for the system to be able to recognize this reference user.
However, in our business requirement, the reference ID will only created in child system at the backend and not in the GRC box.
Can GRC10 support the above requirement? if yes, what will be the step for us to configure that?
