ECC License Type change Through GRC

Hi All,

I want to create custom field for ECC license type. so user can submit request to change their own license type.

Example: currently all user id is already created in SAP with Test license and password is deactivated. so if any users want SAP license/userid, the user raise request through GRC system and after approve, license type will be changed automatically.
