Have you raised an incident with SAP or looked at SP13 corrective notes?

I noticed on the forum recently a few members comment on the major issues of SP13 and recommend go to SP14 (if possible for you). Example of discussion in thread below with comment from Filip NowakProvisioning log is not available on Access request type Change Account
