Workflow stage for controllers to be approvers ?

Hi All,

I am creating workflow for FF id request in GRC 10 where one of the stage have controllers are approvers.

How can request go to controllers for approval at run time or say static as per the FFID requested ?

In FF Log Review i can see there is agent for controllers via which log report goes to Controllers but dont find that agent in GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST.                        

All help would be appreciated.
