Role search gives no records found

Hi All

I am getting a peculiar issue for Change Account Request type.I am trying to find the Role in the Role search option for assignment of the roles to the user but it says 'No Records found for the search criteria'. But for  Request type  New Account it is completely working fine and  I am able to find the required roles.

Please help in this regard.
